The Hobie anchor comes with convenient carry bag and approximately 100' of line. The anchor weighs 1.5# and is streamlined when the flutes are folded in. When deployed, the flutes help the anchor hold the kayak in light to moderate winds, currents, and varying bottom types.

In the Hobie Outback and Sport Kayak, there is a groove in the bow that hold the anchor nicely.
