Items in stock will be shipped on the next business day (which does not include weekends or holidays). If a portion of your order is not in stock, we will ship what we do have on the next business day and then the rest of your order will be shipped as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer, which is usually 2 to 5 business days. Method of shipping chosen will determine how long it will take your order to reach you. You will receive an e-mail from KayakFishingSupplies.com detailing which items were shipped, the day they were shipped, and the tracking number.

General Shipping Policies
Once we hand over your order to the carrier/delivery service, we are no longer responsible for their condition. Please inspect your package carefully and if the box looks damaged, hold onto it as you will need to show it to the carrier/delivery service if you have a complaint. If the carrier/delivery service gives us a credit for your shipment, we will pass the credit along to you. The final call on shipping credits is however with the carrier/delivery service. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct delivery address. If the delivery is returned to us because you provided the wrong address, there will be a $10.00 charge added to your order to re-send the shipment to the correct address.
We have a 45 day return policy. As long as we receive your unused/undamaged items back in the original manufacturer packaging before the 45th day after you ordered them, you can choose between receiving a refund of your purchase price or a store credit.
If we receive your items back before the 90th day after you ordered them and they are new and in their original manufacturer packaging, you can choose between receiving a refund or store credit for 85% of your purchase price.
If items received before the 90th day after you ordered them show signs of use and/or are not in their original manufacturer packaging, we may issue a store credit on a case-by-case basis. Under no circumstance are we required to issue store credit or provide a refund if the item(s) shows signs of use and the final decision is at our sole discretion.
We do not accept returns on or after the 90th day since you placed your order. We do not refund shipping charges. All sales are final on clearance items and gift certificates. We always honor the manufacturers? warranties.
You pay for the shipping to return an item to us. If you want to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, you pay to ship it to us and we will pay to ship the new one to you.
If you have a return, follow these three easy steps:
1. Pack the item carefully in a box (use shipping supplies, if necessary) with the original manufacturer packaging (including serial number or UPC), accessories, instructions, warranty information, tags, etc.
2. Send the package with a reputable carrier/delivery service and make sure you receive a tracking number. Consider insuring the package for your safety. Always include your ten character order number or the invoice number on the shipping label.
