Yes, lights on a kayak.  There are two types of lights that can be used to make sure you are seen in low light conditions while on your kayak. Standard battery operated lights like a headlamp or stern mounted light pole usually with aa, aaa, or coin style batteries and also the 12volt running light systems you would normally see on power boats. If venturing out before dusk or after the sun goes down, have one of these types of lights on your kayak for your own safety. In many states the law states you must have an all around white light on your vessel when operationg in low light or dark conditions.
