Looking to wire up you kayak with a bow mount motor? We have the products that we use here in the shop when we do all of our installations that have been tested and used for a few years. The right wiring components can make or break a bow mount trolling motor install especially on a kayak. Get the right parts and do your install 1 time.

When selecting from the options listed keep these things in mind:

• Always measure your kayak in the location that you would like to run the battery cable to get your length. Add some extra for rigging your plugs and to have some slack inside the hull. If you are going to use the cable to wire the battery box, measure that length as well.
• Motorguide and Minn Kota Bow Mount Trolling Motors that we have seen, all come with 10Ga wire. This is why we offer the Anderson Plug set in 10Ga. You may also want to use the 10Ga plug to wire up you battery chargers
• The battery cable we sell is Marine Grade and has worked flawlessly for years. The cable is 8Ga so make sure you order the correct amount of plugs to complete your rigging set up.
